Returns & Refund Policy
At Gritty Soul, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how our returns process works:
Refunds (via Store Credit)
- Returns are refunded for 100% of the item cost (excluding shipping fees).
Store Credit
- All returns are processed as store credit in the form of a digital credit.
- To access your store credit, create an account at accounts.grittysoul.com.
- Store credits can be used to purchase new items anytime.

Return Requirements
- 📦 Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- 🚫 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- 🚫 Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
- 🚫 Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Start your return easily through our Easy Returns Portal.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if your package has shipped and been marked as "delivered."
- ⏰ Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed after it is received.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to define and limit, refuse, or reject returns in the following situations:
- Irregular or excessive returns suggestive of "wardrobing."
- Returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
Gritty Soul also reserves the right to refuse service (both online and in-store) due to the behaviors outlined above.
