We hope that you love your product when you receive it. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
We do not offer refunds. You may send the item back for store credit. Please fill out our contact form HERE with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and your reason for returning. Please allow up to 24 hours for a return authorization email.
Once you get your return authorization email, head to your favorite shipping carrier and send the item(s) back to us. You will need to purchase a shipping label.
Once your item(s) has been received, we will email you your store credit redemption info within 5-7 business days.
Gritty Soul only issues store credits. We do not offer any exchange or refund.
If you choose a store credit for your return, we'll send you an E-Gift Card for 100% of cost of your item.
