Refund & Return Policy

We gladly accept returns which will be 100% refunded in the form of a store credit only within 14 days of delivery on eligible, unworn, non–final sale items with all tags attached.

How Returns Work

All returns must be submitted and approved through our official Return Portal before shipping anything back.
Approved returns are refunded as store credit (not a gift card). Store credit is accessible by logging into or creating your Gritty Soul account.
Orders purchased with store credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned again and are final sale after one exchange.
BOGO & Bundle Returns: Promotional pricing is based on keeping all qualifying items. If part of a BOGO, bundle, or Complete-the-Look purchase is returned, the remaining item(s) will be repriced at their regular purchase price and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Exchanges for another available qualifying size or color will retain the original promotional pricing.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns: We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Authorized Portal Returns Only

Unauthorized or self-shipped returns (including personal/third-party labels) are not eligible for refund or store credit and may be retained by our warehouse.
