SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours of it being placed. Gritty Soul ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on federal holidays.

Most orders are received within 2-3 days once shipped. Gritty Soul will email you to confirm the order and again at the time of dispatch.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Gritty Soul is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

OPTION ONE: STANDARD (2–3 BUSINESS DAYS)

Only $1.50  This option includes tracking, so you can keep an eye on your apparel right to your door!

OPTION TWO: EXPRESS (1 BUSINESS DAY)

$14.95 for all orders, and also includes tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: STANDARD (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)

$19.00 for all orders outside of the United States! We ship almost everywhere!

How can I pay?

This website accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Paypal only. We can't accept any other forms of payment, sorry!

What will my credit card statement say?

GrittySoul WILL appear on your statement.

I'm an online shopper for the first time, is it safe?

Absolutely - nothing to be worried about! We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do you have a store?

Not yet! One day we might open up a store, but at the moment, we only sell online.

How long till I get my Gritty Soul Apparel?

It's coming!!! We ship orders Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, so your patience is appreciated.

Standard: 2-3 business days once shipped.
Express:  1 business day once shipped.

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email confirmation. Make sure you check on your email from info@grittysoul.com so that it doesn't end up in the land of spam.

I need my stuff – where's my order?

If you haven't received a confirmation email and you really think your order might have disappeared, send us an email to support@grittysoul.com and we'll look into it.

How do I track my order?

Check your shipping confirmation email, you'll find the details in there.

What is your return policy?

There are only 2 rules: your return needs to be received by us within 5 days of you receiving your vintage apparel, and your apparel needs to be unwashed and unworn. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn.

What return options can I choose from?

You can select either a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Store credit?

Yep. If you choose a store credit for your return, we'll send you a voucher for 100% of cost of your item. 

What if you guys sent me the wrong item?

We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your vintage apparel – from up close, from far away, after rocking it all day.

If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email support@grittysoul.com and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your face.

Can I return sale items if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

No, sorry :( Sale items can not be returned.

What size should I buy?

Well, check out our Sizing Chart to get a good indication.

SOLD OUT?

Sorry, sometimes it happens. BUT if it says “Sold Out” we may be getting more soon! So check back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

After you’ve placed your order, you've only got 2 hours... then, chances are it's already being packed and shipped to you. After the 2 hours is up we won’t be able to change anything to do with you order including the shipping method. To change or cancel within those 2 hours, email support@grittysoul.com and we'll help you out.

I'm getting an error when trying to place an order... what do I do?!?

Check to be sure that you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info.
