Model is 5’8, wearing size medium top. Runs true to size, but has no stretch. You may want to go up 1 size for comfortable fit.

Temporary Shipping Times

Due to worldwide Covid-19 Pandemic, orders may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow up to 10 additional days for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time. 

Normal Shipping & Processing Times

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Greensboro, GA. We aim to ship orders the same day or next business day! 

Pre-Order items will ship as noted at the time of your order. 

Gritty Soul ships orders Monday through Friday, and does not operate on federal holidays.

Also, we aren’t for liable for any items damaged during the opening or "trying on" of your parcel. 

How do I file a claim? My package was delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Gritty Soul does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Economy Shipping

Please be aware that economy shipping is the default, standard, uninsured shipping option. If something happens to your package during transit, delivery, or post-delivery, you cannot file a claim if you've chosen the Economy option. By choosing this option, you acknowledge that Gritty Soul is not responsible for anything that happens once the package leaves our warehouse.

However, we offer package insurance via Route. This covers your delivery under the Economy shipping parameters. It's highly recommended. During checkout, you'll see the Route option available.

Expedited Shipping

Other than Route, if you wish for your package to be insured, please upgrade your shipping to one of the expedited options. These are the only options that carry insurance. Thus, you can only file a claim if you've chosen one of the expedited options.

For packages with insurance, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim for a package that has not been delivered or if the tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it.

If you need to file a claim, please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process

Pre-Order Shipping

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as our in-stock items are shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped on the pre-order shipping date.

What is a Pre-Order?

Our items that are available for pre-order, means that you are purchasing an item that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. Our customers love pre-ordering items, because it is a great way to guarantee that the item will not be sold out once it arrives in the warehouse.

When will my Pre-Order ship?

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as our in-stock items are shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped on the pre-order shipping date.

If an item is available for pre-order, it will have its own specific shipping date. The shipping date will be shown on the product page, in your cart, order page, and order confirmation email.

What if I want to cancel a Pre Order?

A Pre Order item is one that you are ordering before we have it in inventory. You may cancel a pre order item up until the time your order has begun processing. To cancel a preorder item, please Sign In to your account and go to "My Orders". Click "View Order" under Order Detail & Tracking.

If the order has not started processing, then next to the item(s) there is a cancel button. You may cancel it yourself there or you may contact customer service via phone or live chat to assist you. Once your order has been sent to a shipping facility it may no longer be cancelled.

Gritty Soul offers an Electronic Gift Card for your return. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

All returns will be refunded for 100% of the cost of your item. This does not include shipping cost at the time of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable if your package has shipped and been marked as "delivered."

Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns are processed as store credit in the form of an Electronic Gift Card. You can use it to purchase a new item at any time.

⚡️For lighting FAST returns, use our Easy Return system and a flat rate shipping label fee of $9.99.

💲If you use Easy Return, the shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit balance.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective items constitute:

  • stains
  • holes and tears
  • missing items (i.e., belts, wraps, etc.)
  • broken attachments
  • missing attachments (i.e., buttons, clamps, clasps, etc.)
As with many delicate, yet high end garments, missing stone embellishments are pretty normal. Although the clothing items are super durable, the embellishments are still somewhat delicate and must be handled with care, but sometimes (during shipping, etc.) a few stones may dislodge. Yet, a few missing stones don't make the item defective. We can send you extra stones upon request.

**Small threads protruding from an item also don't constitute a defective item. This is a common occurrence in the fashion industry and can be resolved with by scissors or nail clippers.**
