We are originally from New Orleans, but we are now based in Atlanta. As of October 20, 2019, our new warehouse and shipping location is right outside of Chicago. It’s a central location in the United States, and we aim to ship orders the same day or next business day! 

Gritty Soul ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on federal holidays.

Most orders are received within 3-5 days once shipped. We will email you to confirm the order and again at the time of shopping.

We aren’t for liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Shipping Rates

$6.99 Priority Shipping for orders with value of $0.00–$100.00 

$9.99  Priority Shipping for orders with value of $100.01–$300.00 

$10.99 Priority Shipping for orders with value of $300.01–$500.00 

Transit Time listed does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. 

Orders placed before 1PM EST will be shipped same day.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Please contact us within 10 days to file a claim for a package that has not been delivered or if your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it.

If you need to file a claim, please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

Gritty Soul does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

What is a Pre Order item? What if I want to cancel a Pre Order?

Your Pre Order items will alway ship on or before the Pre Order date on your item. 

A Pre Order item is one that you are ordering before we have it in inventory. You may cancel a pre order item up until the time your order has begun processing. To cancel a preorder item, please Sign In to your account and go to "My Orders". Click "View Order" under Order Detail & Tracking.

If the order has not started processing, then next to the item(s) there is a cancel button. You may cancel it yourself there or you may contact customer service via phone or live chat to assist you. Once your order has been sent to a shipping facility it may no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy?

Gritty Soul offers an Electronic Gift Card for your return. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

We hope that you love your product when you receive it.  All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an Electronic Gift Card. You can use it to purchase a new item at any time. 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

All items marked Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

We aren't liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. So please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
